Booking Information

We take a 30% deposit to secure the booking, the rest to be paid 8 weeks prior to your stay ( This includes the balance outstanding, end of stay cleaning cost and damage deposit)

Dogs over 1 year old are welcome at £25 each per week max of 2 dogs allowed. 

For short stays a cleaning and laundry fee of £120 is charged in addition to the short stay price shown. For all weekly stays the cleaning cost is included in the price shown.

There is a damages and housekeeping deposit of £150 paid with your final payment 8 weeks prior to your stay, this is fully refunded to you once the cottage has been cleaned and checked within 2 weeks of completion of your stay.

Bed Linen & towels are included

Changeover days are Friday except when short stays are available when this can be flexed

Short stays in low season are for a minimum of 3 nights only
